LEARN THE ART OF POLE DANCE!

 Classes Offered:                                                      

1)Pole Dance:

       a. Beginners,

             You will be introduced to the art and skill of pole dancing. Learn slinky swings & sexy transitions!

• Sexy Beginner to Intermediate Pole Spins/Climbs
• Seductive Pole Moves and Transitions
• Impressive Pole Grips
• Proper Posture and Safety/Health Precautions


       b. Advanced,

               We focus on specific areas of pole dance and performance techniques. We will refine existing intermediate moves while also learning new advanced moves. This class will focus on taking inversions, arial tricks, combination's spins, and climbs to the next level by combining them with smooth transitions and floor work. As the class progresses, these moves will be incorporated into advanced routines. You will also learn to pole dance on the spinning pole.


            

       c. Intermediate,

               The next level for serious pole enthusiasts. Intermediate climbing, multiple inversions and sequencing will have you leaving this class feeling like a Pole Dancing Rock Star!  This class will move a step beyond the beginner level by incorporating in more challenging spins as well as complete routines. Climbs and Inversions will also be introduced, as students are ready for them.


       d. Abs Camp,

            We're trimming, sculpting, and flattening our tummies.  A stronger core supports your spine.This Abs Camp routine attacks your midsection from every angle, so your abs are constantly challenged. Abs Camp chooses exercises from each section, for a total of five. Perform one move immediately after the other for the specified number of repetitions, then repeat the circuit. After 4 weeks, choose the exercise in each group that you didn't perform in your previous abs workouts. This ensures that your muscles are always adapting to new stress. 

This interval routine is designed to strip away the excess flab that's hiding your six-pack! 


       e. Ass Camp, 

           Get fit while shaking your ass.   How can you can get in shape by shaking your ASS?  These toning exercises will give you firm muscles faster by using more muscle fibers. Plus, each move works your ass & thighs!  We've compiled these ass-busting workouts and exercises to help you get your backside in tip-top shape.  Use Ass Camp's rear-sculpting moves on your walk to get a better ass fast.  Envious of Jennifer Lopez's butt and Halle Berry's lower body? We have the workouts and secrets from their trainers, so you can get your favorite celebrity's body without paying for a pricey gym membership.

 

          f.  Pole Yoga,

               features pole dancing that includes breathing workshops for your enjoyment, allowing you to free your mind, body, and spirit, and extend the limits of your comfort zone. For example, you will learn splits if you don't already know how! You body will become more flexible allowing you to do movements that you have never done.


     














3)Strip Tease:

 

       a. Floor Strip Tease,

                Aerobic Striptease is a low-impact toning routine that equips viewers with basic striptease floor moves. 

       b. Chair Dance

                   You will learn routines on how to dance sensually in a chair.  Perfect for performance

       c. Sensual Dance, 

                    In this class you learn how to become sexy with every move you do.  Even your walk will change! 

 4) Hip Hop/Zumba Fitness

 Learn the latest video moves with Karin Kroger, Flirty Girl Fitness Instructor, & experience fun Cardio!  Karin Also does Zumba Fitness Ditch The work Out & Join the Party!!!

PLATINUM Dance Studio uses a combination of yoga and gymnastics. It involves dancing sensually with a vertical pole and is often used in fitness. More recently artistic pole dancing is used in aerobics in a non-erotic environment. We offer Beginners and Advance pole aerobic classes. Aether class will reflect your significant strength, flexibility and endurance.  Our instructors incorporate pole aerobics to perform a more athletic move; such as climbs, spins, and body inversions. Pole aerobics will build your upper body and core strength to proficiency. Pole dancing is now regarded as a recognized form of exercise and can be used as both an aerobic and anaerobic workout. It is recognized by fitness professionals and continues to increase on its popularity.
