Terms:
Deposit:
$100 NON-Refundable Deposit for my party @ "Platinum Dance Studio"/ "got pole?". 610 South 3rd Street Phila-Pa 19147. 267.582.3778
Balance:
The balance is due the day before your party! You will still be responsible for any balance that is owed regardless if you have your party or not. If an emergency comes up and you need to reschedule please call no less than 6 days before your scheduled party. Your deposit may go towards a rain date.
(over 10 guest option terms)
If all of your guest do not attend your party you will still be responsible. For example, if you choose an unlimited amount of guest and the day of your party only 10 people or less attend; you will still be responsible for the full amount of your party you chose when you booked your party
(less than 10 guest option terms) If you chose the less than 10 option; you will be repsonsible for paying $25 per person if you guest amount exceeds 12 people .
All Parties will not start until the balance is paid in full .
Food & Drinks:
You may bring your drinks FREE of charge. However, you may NOT sell it! Food is offered through our catering company you must choose the party tray you want and put that into the instructions.
You may choose Not to use our catering company.
Clean Up :
Please take all trash party favors and clothing items with you.
Lateness:
If you come late to your party you will still be repsonsible for the balance owed. If there is more time and not a party booked after your party we may push your party back to give your more time. If at any time your party exceeds the amount of time you chose when booking your party it is $100 additional for each additional hour given. That must be paid in cash!
