lt great!Pole Dance will work your upper-body as well as you lower body with out you even realizing it! You have to
remember that to pole dance you are working all your muscels. I will
tell you that I am not the one to go to a gym becuase, of the men. So
when I discovered Pole Dance I new it was something that I felt
comfortable with. I mean I did not have to worry about people starring
at me. I was surrounded with all women that were just like me. It felt great!
