Pole Therapy is excellent for a physical & mental warm down.  Every first Monday Platinum will feature a professional licensed Massage Therapist.  He will unwind and cool down your muscles after you "learn the Art Of Pole dance." This Session is one hour & a 1/2 long.  

Pole Yoga will focus on your flexibility You will learn Splits, Breathing exercises & Balance.
